how the heck did you get a cam!. up there !.!.you got one of those retractable mouths!.!.lol!. like that commercial ,where the guy is trying to get to the back of his mouth!.just jokeing!.looks like just a irritation!. stop sticking things in you mouth that are not washed/clean!.!.!.and things that don't belong there!. then wash it out with mouthwash!. for a few days you should be good then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gingivitis occurs on the gums, canker sores appear on the inside of the cheek!. That looks like a gum sore to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
