Help With Spacers Anyone?!

i just got spacers today like half an hour ago! i know, the pain is excruciating but take some type of medicine, drink lots of liquids, (everytime u eat a solid it feels like they'll fall out, i'm afraid if i eat something i'll have to go through that painful process again) and what helped me was i cried and crying does make u feel better!. Oh and go down to a local restaurant and get a milk shake, i got one from burger king and it makes my teeth feel MUCH better!.!.!. and try to get your mind off the pain!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have braces now!.!.!.but when i did have spacers like a year ago!.!.!.they hurt really bad!.!.!.and all you can do is take like advil or tylenol or something like that!.!.!.it really helps !!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
