Rubber bands/spacers????!

Question: Rubber bands/spacers!?!?!?!?

I got spacers on today and they hurt because they are spreding my teeth a part!. I know it is normal to have pain for a day or two but is there any thing I could do to make it not hurt as much!. I have tried ice and tylenol but it did nothing!. Help!!!!!!(please)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel your pain! Spacers are just about the worst part of braces!. Tylenol most likely won't help!. The only thing that helped me was prescription pain pills, Lortabs (Hydrocodone)!. I never tried Oragel, but that might work temporarily!.

I had braces for four and a half years!. I feel your pain!. It will feel really sensitive for the next day or so and then things will go back to normal!. Id just eat soft foods until then!. Meds never helped me either!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
