Ok i had braces two different times, and its really not that bad!. Im not sure why everyone thinks they hurt so much!. its not like you walk around all day and night feeling pain!. the first week or so they will probably hurt and you will have to eat soft foods, but you can take like ibuprofen during that time!. It kinda hurts when you put them in i guess, but its not like you will start crying!. it hurts a little more than just going to a regular dentist appt!. and no, they dont drill holes into your teeth! they just stick them on with glue lol!.
dont worry about it so much!.!.!. if you say you have jacked up teeth i would just get braces lol!. i mean you only have to spend like 2 years or so with them on and you will have beautiful teeth for life!. now doesnt that sound nice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

~ do braces hurt a lot!?!?!?!?
Ans: it's hurt, but not a lot!. I would say 2 weeks hurt

~ do they hurt when they put them in!?
Ans: You will not feel hurt when they put the braces in!. The pain will come after, like 6 hours after the braces are put in!.

~ do they drill holes in my teeeth to stick the braces on!?!?!?
Ans: The will not be any holes to stick the braces!. They only glue the braces to your teeth

what type of braces would be good!?
Ans: Permanent Braces

No hole drilling, just a type of glue

The pain comes from when they tighten them, the first few days its a little painful!.

Also some of the hardware pieces toward the back teeth are a little pointy and can cause sores in the back!. They have some wax type stuff you can buy so that it doesnt rub against your cheeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had braces for FOUR years, because I moved so much!. They will be painful at first, but not so bad that you can't stand it!. They don't drill holes into your teeth, they use a type of cement to keep the brackets on your teeth!. Chew as much chewy, sticky food like gum and taffy now, because once you have braces, they are no more!Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol!.!.!. mine didnt hurt!. and they just put some type of teeth cement that they put one your teeth!. and ya!. and no matter what ppl tell you it does not hurt getting them off!. good luck!. itll be worth it ;PWww@Answer-Health@Com

Braces hurt a bit but they are not too bad!. When they first put them on it hurts and its a bit uncomfortable having all this stuff in your mouth!. They stick the brackets (the metal bit) on your teeth with glue!. It tastes a tad gross!. For the first few days after getting braces you'll probably be living on yogurt!. After that you have to get them tightened about every six weeks!. This hurts a fair bit the day after but as you go on it gets less and less painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
