Question: Question about debt to dentist!.!?
I had a dental "schedule" set up, to where I was going to get: 1 root canal, and then I needed 2 crowns!. I got the root canal done!. A month later on the day of my appointment to get the crowns sized, the receptionist called me, half an hour before the appointment, and said that since I owed X amount of money, they would not do any more work!. Is there anything I can do about this!? They all ready sent this to collection!. I have been spending about 5 bucks a week on this tooth filling called temparin just so that I can eat/chew food!. They never said anything about having to pay for it all up front!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats a terrible dental office to call you right before an appointment like that! I wouldnt want to go back there anyways!! They do have the right though, I GUESS! If you cant afford to pay now, you should look into low income community dental clinics, or a clinic near you that runs on a sliding scale and have the work done there!.
