Answers:
Fluoride combines with the hydroxyapetite in tooth enamel to form fluorohydroxyapetite which is more resistant to acid from the bacteria in your mouth!. You see!.!.!.!. all a cavity is, is a hole in your tooth from the acid that bacteria give off while living in the plaque that adheres to your teeth!. Brushing and flossing removes the bacteria and allows your tooth to remineralize!. Glad you asked!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is supposed to lower your chances of getting cavities!. It might be ok to put it on your teeth but just don't swallow any!. If you read the warning on your tube of toothpaste, it says that if you swallow even a pea size amount of toothpaste, you should go directly to a poison center for treatment!. Don't allow people to tell you that you should drink water with fluoride in it!. It can create a problem called flurosis where you get brown marks on your teeth and can lead to bone cancer in young boys!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!
It just puts a coating on your teeth so that it protects them from all that yucky stuff for awhile! That's what my mom told me!
