Question: Do i need Porcelain veneers!?
i have a chipped tooth that was capped with some sort of material to resemble my real tooth!. its been yellowing for the past 8 years i'd say!. i had it done 11 years ago is there anything i can do or just veneers!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's composite and you find a good cosmetic dentist they can actually take out the old composite and put in a new white one!. It will start to discolor again, eventually but it's a lot cheaper and a good fix!. We do a lot of those in our office and they last a long time!. Also, the materials that are out there now are better than they were eleven years ago, so it will last longer!. Veneers are a gorgeous fix however, they are white and make your teeth look straight but they are so expensive!. Composite is a great way to go and I've seen some beautiful replacements done!
