Can you swallow after rinsing mouthwash?!
Question: Can you swallow after rinsing mouthwash!?
Supposing you don't rinse your mouth with water after you use mouthwash, is it okay to swallow your saliva!? Obviously it would take some of the mouthwash down with it, and I don't know if that's bad for you or not!. What do you think!? Or hopefully KNOW* Thanks!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, the directions say to not swallow the mouthwash, obviously XD!. However, I'm pretty sure that as long as you spit out as much of the mouthwash as possible, it's just fine to swallow your saliva!.
The directions on the mouthwash would be the clue to this one!. If it says nothing, apparently we should rinse our mouths with water!. If it says to not rinse with water, then don't!. No matter what it says, you shouldn't eat or drink anything until at least 30 minutes after rinsing with mouthwash!.

after you spit the mouthwash you are not supposed to rinse minimm for half an hour especilly when the mouth wash is fluoridated!. so you can swallow!. it does not have any negatve affect till the mouthwash says so!.for more information on dental topics and the free consultation by a dentist you can visit the following link

The amount of mouthwash residue would only be minimal so its fine!. I've done so for years to no ill effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
