A couple T.M.J. questions?!


Question: A couple T!.M!.J!. questions!?
Today I went to the dentist and found out for sure I do indeed have TMJ!. But from my appointment today my jaw is really sore is really sore is that from him having me opening or closing my mouth all day!. Or is it because I have been trying not to clench my teeth and my jaw is not use to that!.
Also how comfortable or uncomfortable are the mouth guards they make for you when you are sleepin

You will probably take it out of your mouth while you are sleeping!. This will last for a while and then you will adjust!. You will be happy with the results!. It also helps with migraines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
