Answers:
I always floss first that way you can brush away any pieces of food left hanging around in your mouth after flossing!. It's also recommended that you floss after every meal!.

Flossing first will loosen particles that may be trapped and also remove the bacteria and plaque trapped on the teeth below the gum line!. So flossing first is very important and advisable so that brushing second can remove the remaining bacteria from the teeth and mouth!. Also teach your children to gently brush their gums, cheeks, roof of the mouth and tongue for an all over clean and bacteria free mouth!. So floss first, brush teeth second, brush mouth last and then rinse well!.

Additional information: When teaching your children to floss and brush, make sure to use a soft bristle tooth brush and one that is the correct size head for each child!. I would also recommend using glide tape floss; it's easier for children to handle the tape!. Flossing correctly can be difficult to teach to children!. If you are still uncertain about what to do or how to do it, simply call your dentist office; they will be more than happy to have you and your children come in for a demonstration of the correct way to floss and brush your teeth!. Most all offices offer this at no charge!. Good luck and I hope I've offered some useful help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before brushing your teeth you should floss but also at night before you brush your teeth you should floss again!. In the day after meals use a tooth pic or ideally if that bad you may need fillings from your dentist!. Don't forget to toothpaste twice a day, both morning and night so your teeth are clean and white!. Electric tooth brushes also work well and whitenting toothpastes if necessary!.
