My ortho didnt take off my braces?!
Question: My ortho didnt take off my braces!?
i just went to the ortho, and i was supposed to get the braces off today, he even said so!. It was all planned and everything!. He didnt like how my teeth looked, and he didnt take off the braces!. I now have to wait 2 whole weeks!. Please give me some support on this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats horrible! my orthodontist did that to my brother!. told him he could get his braces off the next visit!. he got allll excited and when he came back home, his braces were still on! (my orthodontist is a perfectionist!) but my brother ended up getting them off that summer!.
my ortho also said im getting mine off!. im getting them off in a week from tomorrow and i pretty much cant wait!. if he said that to me i think id scream!. people who have never had braces dont know how annoying and fustrating they are!. i totally back you up on this!. just keep smiling and know that in 2 weeks they'll be off (HOPEFULLY!!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello!.!.!.The best support I can give you is to say the DDS is the professional you trust to provide you with te right opinion at the right time and his professional opinion is that you need to keep the braces on for a short time yet!.!.!.!.Take his advice and know it's in your best interest!.!.!.Whats two weeks compared to the rest of your life!?!.!.!.Good luck and I wish you well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This recently happened to a family member!.
They basically told her that she wouldn't get her braces off until she was 18 and then she will have to pay for it!.
Extremly unfair as the dentist originally said that this service would be free!
