I usually call it out myself!. i say man! i breath feels nasty!. i must be hungry or i shouldn't have ate!.!.!. my mouth tastes nasty" or just ask someone if it stinks because my mouth tastes nasty and i dont want to be rude!. i think that if i call it out myself it makes me less uncomfortable in the event that it does stink and the other person less uncomfortable if they are trying not to tell me that it stinks: )Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really is hard to know if ones own breath is bad!. My family members know we can trust each other to give an honest answer!. Your dental hygienist can tell you if you ask!.
