If you use a small tea-spoon you can carefully scrape and remove the bacteria that builds up on your tongue overnight!. Scraping from the back of your tongue to the front, washing the spoon each time and repeating, in a side-by-side way, across your whole tongue!. You would have to take great care with this method, of removing by scraping of the 'bacteria', it can make eyes water and can make you kek/gag, until you master this technique!. Start off at the middle of your tongue, scraping towards the tip of your tongue and gradually work your way back over a few days, don't scrape hard, just a little lite pressure!. Enjoy your cup of tea, the way you were meant to enjoy your cup of tea, wihout a coating on your tongueWww@Answer-Health@Com
