SOmetimes it's the way a fever blister runs it's course!. I suffer from them from time to time and what I use is ABREVA!. It's a over the counter medication that you can purchase from your local drugstore!. It works well for me!. Give it a try!. Feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Never pop them b/c when the blister pops it spreads the virus!.
2!. Get a Lysine supplement from the vitamin isle at your local store!. Take 1,000mg 3 times a day during outbreaks or when you feel an outbreak coming on (if you are an adult size)!. After the blister goes away, take 500mg once a day for another week!. Lysine helps heal and prevent cold sores!. If you are prone to them, continue taking one daily!. Vit C can also help boost immune system and heal them faster!. Also, remember you can spread it to others right now and spread it to other parts of your body such as your eye, so be careful!. They also make new dissolvable cold sore patches that you can put directly on the sore to help heal it faster!. Acids sometimes can help dry out the sore faster and heal it, but works best if done before the actual blister forms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
