is it safe to have mouth x-rays while pregnant!? i'm supposed to have them done in a week, and i'm also supposed to get braces!.!.

let the dental staff know and they will either do no x-rays or only one for a limited problem and save the full mouth x-rays until after the baby is born!.

Does the person who is supposed to do the x-ray know you are pregnant!? If not, you should tell him/her!. If you do not trust him/her, get a second opinion!. Call another local dentist office and ask if they perform x-rays on pregnant women!. You might want to postpone any dental work, except cleanings, until after you have had your baby - just to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
