Accidentally swallowed tap water with salt stirred in?!

Question: Accidentally swallowed tap water with salt stirred in!?
so i had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday!. After lots of bleeding and a trip to the ER all is as well as can be!. The Dentist said to gargle tap water with 1/2 teaspoon stirred in a glass!. Out of one sip I accidentally swallowed some because I can't spit well (my mouth is very swollen)!.!. I only swallowed a very small amount, a dribble, probably not enough to fill a measurement device!.!.!. I hate to sound psychotic or paranoid, but that's not enough to cause bad throwing up or death kind of problems right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
