My upper retainer feels like its crumbling?!


Question: My upper retainer feels like its crumbling!?
It isn't really, it just feels like little bits of powder are coming off on my tongue!. Theres nothing on my tongue or the retainer though!. Its just really uncomfortable, but it goes away after I've had it in for a few minutes!. I washed it with mouthwash like my orthodontist said I could, and it started after that!. What's going on, and what do I do!?!?!?

uum the composite resin might be breaking down, thats where the powder might be coming from!. best thing is to call your dentist and have him/her look at it and judge if they should make you another one, you definately dont want to swallow any of the resin!.!.!.!.!. even if its little crumbs!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
