Question: My teeth have moved after braces!?
It's been about 2 years since I had braces!. I was really good about wearing my retainer for a long time after, but stopped wearing it completely!. Now my teeth have moved a little bit, and I was wondering is there a way I can get them together again!? (I know a retainer is meant for once your teeth are STRAIGHT so don't tell me that I already know and regret not wearing it)
When I put my retainer in now, it fits just fine, I just wake up and my teeth hurt because they move a little to fit in the retainer!. But will wearing my retainer move them all the way back to normal!?!?

yeah they should move back to place one you start wearing the retainer again!. Thats what happened to me and now i have a perfect simle :) just make sure to use it from now onWww@Answer-Health@Com
It is because you are not using retainer!. What you can do is start to wear the retainer now and your teeth will stay in that place (but if it is straight, then that's fine, I wouldn't worry too much) and your teeth won't shift anymore when you start wearing retainer!.
Unfortunately, your teeth won't move back since you got your braces off unless you get braces again but it will not COMPLETELY move back to your original teeth if you wear retainer from now!.
If it is straight, then I would still be happy!
