Question: I had two fillings put into my teeth today!. Why am I in so much pain now!?
It was about 4 hours ago!.!.!.the novacaine has worn off and it hurts like heck!. If it makes any difference, the two teeth were on either side of a tooth that had a root canal last year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you knew that you were going in you should have taken tylenol or advil before the appt!. Take some now and than 4-6 hours later!. Try using ice packs on the spots on the cheeks!. If they are the white fillings they may hurt some when eating for a couple of days!. Your nerves can still be affected from the root canal area!. hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
