Answers:
The use of natural oral care products are helpful for adults and children as it can keep the mouth hydrated and help protect teeth from oral bacteria causing gum infections!. Have a dental visit, specially if you have problems with cavities, tooth decay, swollen and bleeding gums!. Prevent gum disease or gum infection by brushing teeth twice a day, floss teeth thoroughly, eat a balanced diet and make sure that you regularly visit your dentist for check ups and cleanings!. Do not use tobacco products!. A big part of good oral health is knowing how to brush and floss the right way!. Take the time to brush carefully and gently along the gum line!. Scraping tongue can also be helpful!. Keep your gums and teeth healthy with the use of dental floss as it can help remove plaque and food debris that a brushing cannot reach and clean!.

Maybe you're having an unhealthy build-up of bacteria in your mouth!?

Try cleaning your teeth with salt after you've eaten the last thing at night and make sure you don't drink any sweet drinks after that!. Just rub the salt for a while on the 'border' area where gums end and teeth appear!. Then spit it out and clean with water!.

Salt is a great healer and great for cleaning teeth!. Many people spend money on expensive mouthwashes, but you'd be surprised how much more effective the inexpensive salt is and how healthy it keeps your gums!

For dry mouth keep a glass of water near the bed and take a small sip whenever you feel too dry (too much water at night could be bad for your bladder)!. Also, if you wake up occasionally during the night, simulate some chewing action with your jaws (as if you're eating something)!. That will generate some saliva in your mouth, which is an excellent natural mouthwash!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
