My dentist recommended that I get a root canal for tooth sensitivity!. I didn't have it done, but only because the tooth stopped being sensitive!. For the amount of pain I was in with my sensitive tooth, I would have gotten the root canal in a heartbeat if the pain hadn't stopped!. She told me that a root canal, contrary to popular belief, doesn't hurt!. My sister had one and she said the same thing!. My dentist's assistant also had one and it didn't hurt her!. I trust my dentist, so if she says it wouldn't hurt, I'm inclined to believe her!. Go to someone who's nice and who's been a dentist for a long time, like mine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don`t be afraid of a root canal!. They have a very bad reputation, but the numbing medicine used during the procedure works very well!. Let your dentist know if you feel anything!. I thought you were supposed to feel a little pain ( i had never been numb before)!. I told my dentist and he sent me to a specialist!. After 15 shots of Novocaine and about 10 minutes, I was completely numb!. You probably wont need nearly as much Novocaine as I needed ( i don`t normally respond to any pain medication )!. Hi! i had the final part of my root canal treatment done yesterday!. i dont use the local anestethic (injection) because it always leaves my face swollen and very sore, but i felt no pain at all! i had 3 appointments without pain relief and it was all fine =) very much worth it in the end! having a tooth extracted however is not nice at all, and it takes a long time to heal!. go ahead with the root canal!.!. its nowhere near as bad as people make it out to be!!

extracting a tooth that can be repaired and restored should be considered a crime, nothing will restore missed natural tooth, even implants, in addition to high cost, make root canal treatment, if there is some pain it will much lesser than extraction pain, just tell what did u doWww@Answer-Health@Com
I had a root canal recently and it didn't hurt at all!. In fact, I was just so happy to be out of the pain my infected tooth had been causing! It's great to be able to keep your tooth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
