Question: Is dental hygiene a tough course!?
I'm taking the Dental Assistant program right now and so far its easy,i like it , im considering hygiene after but the pre requisites looks so tough b/c im not good with chemistry or math!.

Tough is an understatement!. It is sooooo much information in such a short period of time!. The classes move quick, the information is plentiful!. You really have to be committed to school, you will not have a lot of time for anything outside of school, because it is so much information that you have to learn!. It is heavy on the sciences!.!.Biology, chem!. So you'll have to be ready for it if you decide to apply for the program!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was going to go into dental hygiene but didn't start the program because I didn't finish the pre reqs!. Microbiology was very hard!. I didn't have to take math, but I did have to do chemistry!. Also be ready for intense Anatomy & Physiology!. I still would like to go back to school to finish because I am ready now!.
