spacers hurt if they were like mine they are just little rings like rubberbands for braces for metal ones they just glue them in and then dry them with a little light and braces are nothing to worry about as long as you take pain killers every so often and nothing stickey aka gum starburst tootsie rolls and no carrots apples or anything like that and also bananas jello icecream pudding smoothies and milkshakes feel good when you have pain for braces i just got my braces on september 15 and also good colors ummmmmmmmmm blue purple green or neon colors if your blonde if your darkhaired then darker colors and braces have no needles and the week before braces eat everything you like that you can't have with braces and i have no idea what goes on with tightening braces cause i haven't had mine tightened yet enjoy your bracesWww@Answer-Health@Com
Spacers don't hurt at all! It just feels like getting those popcorn husks stuck in your teeth!. You will want to try and get them out with your tongue, but don't! When the put them in they just stretch them around a set of tweezer-like things that go out, and get them really thin, and they slide them between your teeth!. No problem!. Braces don't hurt that much either!. You barely even feel anything when they put them on, the worst part is the horrible taste of the glue!. Then when you go home, your mouth will be a little sore for the first two to three days!. It is all okay, don't worry about a thing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wore them for one week, and the spacers only hurt for like, the first 2 days for just my back teeth!. it's fine, and later in the week, it feels like u dont even have the spacers in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no they don'tt really hurt at all the just put these rubber bands in between your teeth!.usually you have them for a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
