After running 1mile+ my teeth in the front feel very weird!.

The nerves and vessels in the teeth are very sensitive, and normal wear on them may make them more sensitive to the increased circulation associated with exercise!. Also, the impact of running may also cause them to grind, or collide during the routine!. Try purchasing a cheap mouth guard and wearing it during your exercise and see if that helps!. If you keep your mouth open it could be the sensitivity!. Mine does the same thing!. Just try breathing in through your nose and out your mouth and that should help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
