Not sure if it's better for your teeth persay, but I am sure that it's better for killing the germs in your mouth, and helping prevent gingivitis!. If you don't like the taste of it, you could do what I do - alcohol mouthwash followed by non-alcoholic!. Still gets the job done, but not such a bad after taste!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

use 3% peroxide cut by 50 to 75% works fine taste is awful but chewing on fresh mint after will take care of that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
