For people who have had their braces off for a long time...?!

well i got lazy and stopped wearing them and now my teeth are starting to move again!.!.!. :(
my mum stopped wearing them at the time her dentist said and her teeth moved a little!.!.!. might be genetic lol
id advise wearing them every night for the rest of ur life lol
or everynight you dont have company ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have not stopped wearing mine at night!. The first few months I wore it 24/7!. You should wear it every night because your teeth shift throughout your whole life!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
