Crest Whitestrips work pretty well (the original)!. They are exactly the same thing as the premium ones, but $15 cheaper!. They're about $20 depending on where you go, and only take about 2 weeks!. You should start seeing results 5 days or so into them, if you use them!. Also, you could try a toothpaste that has peroxide and baking soda in it as well (that's what I use)!. It doesn't taste the greatest, but providing that you brush your teeth regularly, it does help!.

Dont drink any soda!.!.!.actually just stick with water!.
They have teeth whitening strips that work wonders!.!.!.I know they are a little expensive but I promise they are worth it!. Oh and Remebrant tooth paste works well also!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
