Question: How do you get rid of a canker sore!?
i have never had this happen before
i have 5 canker sores in one spot inside my mouth
i haven't eaten anything unusual but i have been unusually stressed could that have something to do with it!?

First all don't listen to votedrea!.!.!. it's not true that they never go away!. Yes, they are brought in by stress!.
There's a medicine called Debacterol that works extremely well!. You need a prescription for it but use it once and that is usually the end of it!. People who get canker sores (really called Apthous Ulcers) are brought on by stress!. So I see a lot of students with them!.

canker sores are triggered by lack of sleep, too much junk food, or stress!. You cannot really do anything but to let it disappear itself!. You can eat acidic stuff so it would burn faster but its PAINFUL !. Try gargling some warm salt water!. You can also buy some asian medicine called watermelon frost!. I tried them before and it works great, but it was more helpful when i first got canker sores for the first time!. Consuming vitamin Bs also help !.

stay away from anything acidic or sugary!. neutralize the acid in your mouth with baking soda!. draw water out of the open wound by gurgling with salt water 5 times a day for a minute!. use mouthwash to keep the bacteria down!. hope this helps! I HATE canker sores!. and also try taking a rest, because like hives, canker sores can be stress related!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Believe it or not, canker sores will never go away!. Though, there is a over the counter thing you can get to help it stop hurting, called campho phenique!.!.I'm not sure If I spelled that right, but try googling it if not(: Canker sores will disappear, but they will technically always be there!
