Question: Is this dry socket!? Just got it pulled today!.!?
I had a tooth out today a molar actually, where it is close enough to the front and I can see teh bone for sure actually a large amount of it!. Is there any doubt that this is dry socket!? Remember I got it out at about 12 noon this morning and it is now 1am, anyone know!? I just got off of dry socket with another tooth want to head this one off if possible before it starts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its too soon to tell, If you are still worried tomorrow afternoon call your doctor/dentist!.
Preventative measures include NO smoking! keeping hydrated and taking your antibiotics!. Salt water rinses (not too vigorously!) every few hours help aswell, and have a drink of water after eating to keep the area clean!.
The way you can tell if you have an infection is if you have a dull, throbbing ache (rather than short, sharp pains) a yucky taste in your mouth and if there is a bad smell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are suffering from dry socket you would be in really serious pain!. Once the bleeding has stopped you will be able to see inside the socket because your gums have not had time to heal over!. It will take a few days to about a week for you to notice your gums healing!. If your really worried about it go see your doctor in the morning if not you will be fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
