Answers:
Usually if you have pain on all your teeth it's related to your occlusion (bite)!. Cause it's not probable you have a cavity in all your teeth, all of a sudden!. Sometimes your bite can be thrown off from stress which causes people to grind or clench!.
Go to your dentist for a check up, x-rays and an occlusal analysis!.
In the meantime, some Advil should help because when you grind or clench for a while the nerves in the teeth get inflamed!.
Good luck,Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should visit your dentist and get the xray done because sometimes the cavities are not visible and only xray can help in diagonosing or you may be having cracked tooth syndrome in which the tooth fractures but their is no pain as such and it hurts only when you are biting on something!. For more information on caries you can visit the following very informative article

Also you can checkup the cracked tooth, you can check up the following article

Sounds like impacted wisdom teeth!. Thats what I had!. The wisdom teeth grow sideways and press against your teeth on one side and the nerve endings that run to your jaw on the other side!. The whole row of teeth hurt!. A root canal would be one tooth more than any other!.

About the only thing to do is get either the wisdom tooth removed or get the molar in front of it removed!. If your molar is in good shape, keep it!. A dentist is the one you have to ask this one on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way to know is to go to the dentist!. when was your last visit!? you could have a cavity!. another thing it could be is the tooth could be traumatized!. that happens when you grind or clench your teeth!. you could be clenching at night and not even know it, or even throughou the day when you are stressed!. if you do that, that causes the tooth to hurt, you need to get a mouth guard to prevent it from happening again soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
