depends on how long you want to wait!.!.!. I have tried only 2 things that I really like: Crest Pro-Effects Whitening Kit, and Rembrandt 2-hour white kit!.
The Crest pro-effects offers professional-level whitening, but takes 10 days, and makes your teeth very VERY sensitive!. I would recommend buying a tooth sensitive paste (arm and hammer is great!), and the kit costs about $35!.00!. It contains the upper and lower strips, and they are longer than the other kits and have a stronger adhesive so they slip off less : )
Rembrandt 2-Hour White Kit is a whitening kit that takes 2 hours total to deliver dramatic effects!. It comes with form-fitting mouth guards and vials that you do in 20 minute increments with 10 minute breaks in between!. You'll look like a hockey player with the mouthpieces in, but it takes about as long as watching a movie! It costs about $20!.
