Question: Help me please ohmygosh!?
sometimes i feel something in the back of my throat, so i try to suck it up to come up!. sometimes these little white yellowish things come up!. they smell bad and they are like little balls or w/e!. i think its plaque but idk!. does anyone get this or know what it is!? also, how do i brush the very back of my mouth because i can feel that it needs to be brushed and it still smells bad back tehre in the morning!. how do u reach it with the toothbrush w/o gagging!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. These days "tongue scrapers" are available to clean the tongue surface!.
It is a much thinner / smaller appliance that scrubs the tongue surface and as a result the gagging will be less!.
You can ask your hygienist / dentist to give you one if they have samples to give out!.
Otherwise, you can go to a store and buy one!.
2!. Some people have the problem of plaque formation (which can be a collection of putrefied food particles, bacteria and pus) in the tonsils!.
As a result you feel that it is stuck in the throat and can cough it up!.

My husband had the same problem!. He asked about it the last time he went to a dentist and was told it was some sort of product of the tonsils!. If you haven't had your tonsils removed this might be the cause!. Either way you should probably have it checked out if it's bothering you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The Bast thing is to go to ENT dr!. Which is Ear Nose Throat Dr!. He can take a look inside your throut and tell you whats going on!. DOnt reach in back of your throut with any objects you might iritted more or iritade you tonsils!.!.!.!.!. Good luck hope you get betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
It's most likely the tonsils!. I had these, but once they took my tonsils out, everything's been great!. My voice is also a lot less raspy now that they're gone, and I breathe a lot better at night!.
