Yes, your mouth will be very sore for a few days!. But, take ibuprofen and eat cold foods - ice cream and ice cold water - and your mouth will thank you!. Good luck! Just remember - in the end, you will have a beautiful smile! =DWww@Answer-Health@Com
The actual process doesn't hurt, maybe some discomfort though!. It will start to hurt a little after everything is over since your teeth are being moved by the braces!. From what I remember, what they basically will do is put on your bands (metal bands on your molars) where you'll be asked to bite down on something, glue on your brackets, and then the wires!. Some orthodontists don't put on the wires until the next visit so that the brackets can dry!. I did mine all at once!. Before all that, you'll have do the molding which is where they stick this clay-like thing in your mouth to get the shape of your teeth!.
Taking out spacers shouldn't hurt at all!. The space has already been made so you shouldn't feel anything at all!. It's putting in the spacers that hurt because you're pushing two teeth apart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The actual process of the brackets being put on does not hurt!. When they put the wire in and the donuts (colored bands on the brackets) on, it doesn't hurt!.!.!. just pressure and your mouth will be a little sore when you bite down!. When you get your spacers out, it doesn't hurt!. Unless they are cemented to your teeth!.

Oh not at all!. If you mean when getting them on, there will be a few slight pain but not enough to make you scream or what not!.
Also during the first few months they will be awkwardly tight!. Especially on the first day, it will be a pain to eat because of the tightening!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

no getting out the spacers dont hurt at all that i can remeber!. getting on the braces dont hurt either the only thing that sucks about getting braces is that it is about a 2 hour process which sucks!. the only thing that reall hurts is when the get tightened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, they hurt!. The rubber spacers do not hurt but the metal ones do!. Your mouth will be sore for a week or so!. Adjustments are where the real pain comes in!. The Orthodontist should give you some pain medication or so!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur teeth will be sore from them moving but its totally normal!. its more of an annoying/uncomfortable pain rather than actual "pain"!. if they hurt, just take ibuprofen and eat soft foods!. best of luck! : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
