Question: Any one hate dentists!? What is your worst experience!?
Ok I had a dentist appointment after 10 years and had a filling!. I didn't know I had to have an injection in the mouth before!. It killed so much!. He put the needle in and left it their which seemed like a minute and he was moving the needle around inside my mouth!. When I got up I felt light headed and was faint, felt very dizzy!. Day after I can still feel the needle!. Should I have told him that I felt dizzy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is your responsibility to tell the dentist when something hurts too much, or you need a break, or you feel dizzy!. Usually when people are as afraid as you are, they flinch when the needle goes in and thus cause it to hurt way more than it needs to!. You have to be frank about this with your dentist!. There are many dentists now who specialize in nervous patients and have things to distract them, such as headphones with music or even videos projected on the ceiling!. Don't hate the dentist!. They can help you get over your fear but not if you say nothing!. And probably the cavity was way worse than it needed to be since you went too long between checkups!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Definitely tell the dentist about pain and especially dizziness! After dental anesthetics I also feel kind of faint, but you should inform the dentist in all such cases, you can be allergic for one, or experience other side effects, which the dentist should know about!. From my experience, some injections didn't hurt at all, and others hurt like hell, especially because of the tissue pressure when the fluid is being injected!.
But!. No injection can compare to the pain I've been through when I developed a gas gangrene after RCT about 15-20 years ago!. I really don't want to tell you how much THAT hurt!. Worst pain experience in my entire life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think they forget there is a person attached to those teeth!
My evil witch of a dentist made me come in on my 10th birthday saying there were "no other appointments" to remove 4 teeth!. There were, my friend got one around the same time out of the blue!.
She was always telling me how pathetic I was, never in front of my mother of course, who would have snapped her like a twig, the witch!.
I now have a chronic phobia of dentists, and practically have to be sedated in order to get my bum in that seat!. I understand the importance of going, but I would rather my teeth fell out! I am petrified, all because of that evil woman!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i hate dentists only for the needle side of it!. i went to two weeks ago to get a filling, as soon as i walked in and seen the needle i started shaking and had tears running down my face then i fainted, they couldn't give me it in the end!. I have another appointment end of Oct to get it done with no injection to numb it!. Same with getting blood taken i fainted 3 times once because of it!. I just hate them!.

Yeah you should tell him you felt dizzy and he'll know why!.!.!.I've never heard of that but people have different reactions to novacane or whatever was being used!. As for my experience with dentists, my dentist (boss) always hits on me and is totally sexist!. Does that count!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

once had to have a baby tooth removed cus it was rotting so bad, they used pliers to pull the bugger out!.!. i thought they only did that in movies!.!.
never went through something so painful and scary in my life!.!.!. the noises scared the **** out of me!.!.!. never had to have a filling or nethin since that day!.!.!.my baby teethe were sick!.!.!. bout 6 filings in the buggers one pulled outWww@Answer-Health@Com
