Wisdom teeth extraction question...?!

This is normal!. Depending on your situation, your teeth may be realigning themselves!. For example, if your wisdom teeth were not impacted, meaning they were already out of the gums and pushing against your back molar, then your back teeth may be moving a little!. Your jaw may hurt because of this as well!. Remember, your wisdom teeth have huge, huge roots!. It's a very painful operation, you should be ok within in the next few days!. Wow! You're five days into recovery and you seem to be doing a great job taking care of yourself! What I do know based on my dental asst!. experience is that your gum tissue will usually take about 3-4 weeks to heal and the bone may take, up to 8 months!. It is possible that your tooth pain may be related to your pain threshold!. There are surrounding nerves in there that have been affected by the extractions!. Typically this pain doesn't happen for longer than a week!. I would say that if you have no foul odor, it's not bleeding still, the swelling is going down and there is no persistent and/or severe pain with accompanying fever, that you are healing well and should not be concerned about infection!. It is not possible to answer correctly if we are missing a lot of inf!. We don't know if this was a surgical case!. Were they erupted, semi, partially, or fully impacted!? How long did it take to remove them!? Usually when it takes too long, the blood flow stops and a good clot is not possible creating the possibility of a dry socket!.
