I would use crest white strips, once every couple of days for a half an hour each time (if not the 5 minute strip!), if you're afraid of sensitivity!. If you find that your teeth do not hurt when you use the strips for the half hour you have it on, then continue to use it until you achieve the right amount of whiteness, but I would not exceed the recommended amount of strips in the box!. But if you find you have white, painful bumps on your gums I would advise to stop using it and just use a whitening tooth paste instead!. To keep your white teeth looking white, if you find that the white strips have been helpful, then continue to use a whitening toothpaste!. There are some whitening tooth pastes out there for sensitive teeth, just look!

I wouldn't use the "paint-on" teeth whitening thing, those are useless and annoying!. Don't use the trays either, they are also annoying and painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Patrolium Jelly ( vasiline) use a q-tip dab it in the jelly then rub it on your teeth, keep your teeth clenched together and don't close your mouth!!!! Do this for 2 minutes then whip it of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

baking soda on it's own or in a whitening toothpaste!.it sounds a bit nuts but mixed up fresh or dry starwberries they contain an ingredient that can help remove stains!. or cosmetic whitening but its expensiveWww@Answer-Health@Com
