I get bad breath in the morning?!
Question: I get bad breath in the morning!?
its really annoying and disgusting, it makes me get out of bed just to brush my teeth!. Does it have anything to do with what i eat before bed!? How do I stop this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Brush your teeth thoroughly!. Small circular motions on all surfaces of teeth!. Angle the toothbrush 45 degrees toward the gumline so that you are brushing the plaque away from this area as well!.

3!. Floss daily!. Even if you brush, bacteria in between your teeth can cause bad breath!.
4!. Avoid foods that can cause bad breath, such as garlic and onion!.
If you have tried these and it is not helping, you have to consider other medical issues!. Do you suffer from acid reflux!? Some people experience acid reflux when they are sleeping!. This can cause bad breath!. Are you taking medications that cause dry mouth!? Low salivary flow causes more plaque to adhere to teeth due to the the dry condition!. You may try drinking more water before bed!.

everyone gets it!. you just might have it worse or you are very sensitive!.
you need to really clean your teeth properly by brushing and flossing!. the bad breath is the fermentation of any residual foodstuff left on the teeth for the bacteria to work!.
the simple action of gentle brushing the correct angle 45 degrees to the gingiva front and back will do a very good job of cleaning the teeth!.

There can be different causes to this!. Like medication your taking drying your mouth out, not flossing at all or not flossing correctly, need cleaning from dental office, or even cavities can cause it!. My husband had bad breath when we met!. But after Dental assisting school I taught him HOW to floss and make sure he does it daily!.!.!. so now no bad breath!. Brushing your tongue daily helps too!.

That means you did not brush your teeth properly!. You should at least brush your teeth twice daily!.
