You should contact your orthodontist office and let them schedule you early for an repair or re-cement appointment!.
This is not uncommon and can be taken care of easily and quickly!. You can eat, floss and brush with the bracket loose!. Try to save the bracket if it falls off!.

yeah, you can still eat!. you dont have to go anorexic for a few days!. just try not to wiggle it too much (i know its tempting) and if its bothering you you can usually go in and have it removed other wise just do everything normal
