Ive had my first appointment and ive got my second in 5wks time!.

Usually the 3rd visit!.
1st visit : The consultation
2nd visit : The records (impression, x-rays, etc!.)!.
They can also show you the before and after pictures using computer simulation programs, provided the Orthodontist has that software!.
3rd visit : You get the braces put on!.
If your Orthodontist wants to save time, they can combine the 1st and the 2nd visit!.
Therefore, the earliest that you can have the braces put on will be the day of the 2nd appointment!.

Usually by your 4th visit you should have your braces on!. It just depends on what needs to be done!. Have you had spacers put in!? Do you need teeth pulled!? My first appointment was on July 20th!. And on August 25th i got my braces put on it was my 3rd appointment!. But it took a bit for me because i needed 8 teeth pulled!. Your orthodontist didn't tell you when you would be getting your braces on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
My son went in for visits for a year before they actually decided to put the braces on!. It sounds like you might actually get them at this next appointment but normally I think they would tell you that!. At the appt!. when they actually put them on it only really took about 1/2 hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ok, on you next appointment you will get spacers in!. These may hurt a little!. you will wear spacers for a week or so, get them taken out on yor next appointment!. After that you get your braces on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on what you had done at your fist appointment!. You will possibly need to have some back teeth removed!. You will also need to have some impressions done of your teeth so the brace can be made!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
