Question: I brushed my teeth and then!.!.!.!?

This is why!.!.!. its the toothpaste!. If your using that Baking soda and Peroxide carp then the gums start to breakdown!. I had the same problem with gums intel my Dentist broke this down to me!. Stay with a soft toothbrush and DONT use that Baking soda junk!. ADA approved toothpaste works best!. I use Crest Total Care!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it is usually from ginivitis the gum disease!. How often do you brush your teeth!? Make sure you do after every meal, and before you go to bed and your gums will improve!. The brand of the toothbrush doesnt matter but maybe you can get a softer brisle to help ease the bleeding!. If it doesnt improve the dentist can prescribe you some mouthwash that will help your gums as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
