Question: How can i get white spots out of my front teeth!?
it seems ever since i have gotten braces on i have gotten white spots on my front two teeth!. i have been brushing them like 4 times a day but the whit spots come and go!. i have no idea how to get rid of them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its a plaque stain!. i have them on two of my side teeth and my dentist said there is nothing you can do about them!. maybe a whitener, but i never recommend that to anyone, they are bad for your teeth!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
