When can I remove my gauze and continue my normal routine?!

Question: When can I remove my gauze and continue my normal routine!?
I smoke (I know I shouldn't) and I got one of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday!. They didn't cut it out, they pulled it!. Which, by the way, was quick and painless!. I haven't had any pain since I had the procedure, and that was 33 hours ago!. I don't recall them telling me when I can take out the gauze for sure, may have been 24 hrs, I was a little disoriented!. Do any of you know!? And when an I continue everything normally, as far as eating and smoking!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
you should leave the guaze in just till the bleeding stops!. if you have to smoke, then make sure to put guaze over the extraction site while you are smoking!. This will help to reduce the chances of getting dry socket!. You can eat and drink normally the next day, just make sure not to create any suction that might pull the blood clot out and cause dry socket!. The site should start to heal over in about 14 days, you can start smoking without the guaze and return to full normal activities in 2 weeks!. I hope i answered all your questions!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh Wow, you can take the gauze out when the bleeding stops!. Smoking is 24 hours!. But still be very very careful for at least two weeks!. It is so easy to get dry socket within those two weeks!. I roll my own smokes so I rolled them very loose so I didn't have to suck very hard to inhale!. Eating you can do the next day also!. Just make it soft foods for a few days to make sure you don't break it open!.

LOL!.!.!.yea what the first one said!.!.!.I guess I didnt type quick enough!.!.!.But I forgot that I did put gauze back in my mouth over the extraction when I smokedWww@Answer-Health@Com
