Answers:
IT ISN'T! You want to remove all the plaque from your teeth by brushing and flossing before and after using the strips!. If you have plaque on your teeth than the strips do not bleach the tooth underneath! Also, avoid dark colored drinks 2 hours before and after bleaching!. The tooth is still vulnerable and the tubules are exposed and by drinking dark drinks it takes in stains easier! Which defeats the purpose of you bleaching!

You may experience some sensitivity as well and I would recommend using sensodyne or some sort of desensitizing toothpaste!. If you are close to your dentist, swing by and pick up a toothpaste from them that contains more fluoride than store bought brands!. It will decrease the sensitivity! Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say that it is okay to brush and then use the whitestrips!. Where did you hear this from!? You should brush AND floss before you use them because if you have plaque on your teeth, they aren't going to work as good!. Probably what was meant is the more whitening you do, the more sensitive your teeth may be!. So if you're using a whitening toothpaste and then whiten, your teeth may be sensitive!. Whatever!.!.!.!. you are likely to experience some sensitivity no matter what, so go ahead and brush and floss before using the strips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When i use whitening strips RIGHT after i brush my teeth l get this white stuff on my gums, (it goes away after a while) I think its a reaction of the stuff in the toothpaste and the stuff on the strip!. It is rather painful while it lasts!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It just gives them less to whiten which makes your teeth all the cleaner!Www@Answer-Health@Com
