Iv just had 3 molars taken out, my whole mouth is numb and I'm only 14! So don't worry, you won't be the only sufferer!
If it's the pain your worried about it doesn't really hurt to be honest!. The injections are just like scratches on your gum and they only hurt for a few seconds!. Then your mouth goes totally numb and while your teeth are being taken out, you won't feel a thing! Trust me, it's weird but it doesn't hurt a bit!.
You have nothing to worry about, just forget it!.

I've looked after hundreds of people who have teeth extracted!. The majority are terrified!. I usually advise people to breathe deeply and relax!. It's actually more helpful to yourself if you do not tense your muscles if you can!.
If you listen to the dentist and nurse it will be easier!. Breathing is so important too! Amazing how many people freeze and hold their breath!. This doesn't help!.
You will not feel pain!. You will feel the injection, this takes seconds and will be over quickly!. Then you will feel the pushing and movement!. this is not painful!.
Another way of coping, is to find a focal point!. Something to concentrate on and put all of your energy into while the teeth are being removed!.
Honestly, you dentist and nurse will also have looked after hundreds of scared people just like yourself!.

Its alright!. I have experienced it personally (4 teeth out when I was 12) trust me it doesnt hurt, you just feel pressure like pushing and tugging!. Afterwards, get some ice cream!. Its funny to eat whilst you gum is numb, and its soothing on your teeth!. Also, if you feel scared like you think its going to hurt, squeeze your arm even harder!. If you do have to have an injection, dont be afraid because it doesnt hurt much in your mouth compared to somewhere else like on your arm!. You just feel a pinch the its gone!. Its fun to see how your gum feels afterwards, it feels like its not there at all :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dont worry!. It goes sooooo quick!. And not painful at all!. All you wil feel in a little tugging!.
I had all 4 wisdoms pulled at once while i was awake and now hold the record at my dentist office for the shortest wisdom teeth procedure!.!.!.37 seconds!!!!! its the easiest and quickest procedure a dentist does!.
They will numb you up REAL good!. Take a little screw driver thing, and pry around the tooth, Then they will take a plyers looking ting and pull it out!. Make sure you keep gauze on them, they bleed a lot!. for about 5 hours!. and make sure you dont suck the blood clots out or you can get an infection!. Go to your grocery store on the way home and get some soft foods as well!. And make sure if you get any meds or if you had at home meds, take them before they pain has started!. I averaged a vicodin about every 4 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

once,i went out with my friends to the dentist to have some teeth out,i watched her screaming painfully!.it was horrible,i felt very sorry for her!.but that's okay!.she's fine now,and so do you!.if u don't have any disease u will fine!.there's nothing to be afraid of!.it'll be okay!.try imagining the dentist is a nice and handsome/gorgeous dentistWww@Answer-Health@Com
Just relax it will be over before you know it!. When you're there just close your eyes and think about something nice like you're sitting on a beach or in a field on a lovely warm day!. I did this during childbirth so it does work you just need to focus!. Whatever you do don't think about what is happening in your mouth!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had like 3 teeth out and it doesn't hurt that much, it's just the shot they give your gums to numb the pain!. And then afterwards your mouth feels really weird and you can't talk properly because of the numb!. But this bit doesn't hurt!.
