ok i thought i might get my self a treat yh and i erm went to get chinese food and they said the prawns were supper soft so i bit into one and it got stuck between my braces and i pulled it and my brace thing flipped into the other side and i mean it litteraly flipped im so fricken scared! any adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go get them fixed, ive broke my braces about 896 times, nothing to worry about but if your like me it will take a bit longer so try not to break them too much ^^!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My answer would to go to the orthodontics and have them fix it!. My orthodontics do it for free but I don't know about you, but you have to get it fixed or else your teeth will not come out the way you want them to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
