Sensodine makes a product that is called "pro-enamel"!. It helps to guard against acid wear that is caused by the consumption of soda, fruit juices, and other foods!. Additionally, it also helps to harden the enamel of your teeth!. I would try this first!. If this does not seem to help, I would take more drastic measures such as seeing a dentist or daily fluoride treatments!. I hope all works out well for you! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like the list of six items someone already answered with!. There really isn't "soft teeth"!. There are some full on diseases such as amelogenisis imperfecta and dentinogenisis imperfecta but I doubt you have those!. You probably wouldn't need someone to tell you cause you would visibly know!.

In people who take have good oral hygeine but still have lots of cavities, it is typically due to high levels of bugs in your mouth and your diet!. Diet has so much to do with tooth decay than people think!. Avoid sticky, sugary foods and the main thing is don't snack between meals!. One small snack between meals can turn your teeth from remineralizinng to demineralizing!. Do this frequently and the cavities will come!. Chew gum (sugar free of course) for 5 minutes after each time you eat and it will get your teeth remineralizing again quickly!.

One good method to reduce the bugs in your mouth is chew xylitol gum or mints!. A lot of the new gums are labeling xylitol on them but make sure to get one with xylitol as a main ingredient!. Most of these are brands you have never heard of!. I don't like them much and chew name brand stuff but the xylitol stuff you only have to chew for 5 min after you eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This means ur teeth can not resist decay as usual, follow this schedule
1- reduce ur sugar containing food stuff, and reduce frequency of taking it as well (frequency is more dangerous than the total amount)
2- Use high fluoride tooth paste
3- Use the proper tooth brushing technique
4- Brush ur teeth at least before sleeping
5- Keep the tooth paste in ur mouth for 2 minutes before rinsing
6- Visit ur dentist, at least once / 6monthsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take calcium supplements and ask the dentist about getting veneers on your teeth to protect them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
