Few questions about braces?!
Question: Few questions about braces!?
Okay!.!.!.I might be getting braces soon!.
But do the ortho's always have to pull a tooth or so out!?
Because they took out like, 3 of my brothers!.
Or does it depend on the kind of teeth you have!?
And how long do you wear it!?
Does it depend on the teeth!? Because my brother has had it for 2 years but if the teeth raent as crooked can you just go a few months or just one year!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. It actually depends on the case!. First the dentist will diagnose your malocclusion!. If you have crowded teeth and there is not enough space, you will most likely to have extraction!. There are other types of malocclusion without crowding that still need extraction !. The dentist can decide on this!.
2!. Again it depends on your case how long you have to wear your braces!. Some wear it for 2 or 3 years or even longer!. Actually it's possible to have it in one year or six months but the possibility of relapse is greater!. The longer the braces stay on the mouth the more stable or constant the movement of the teeth is!.

some people have to have teeth out, some don't it all depends!. i had braces for 18months and then had to get 4 teeth out and wear braces for another 18months!.

the best advice i can give you is not to rush and pressure your ortho to do it as quickly as possible!. i hated having mine for 3 years, but when i finally got them off, it was amazing and i don't regret it at all!.
if you rush to get them off, your teeth can slowly get crooked again, and its wasted money!.

No, if you are going to get braces then you don't neccesarily have to get a tooth pulled!. I got mine 2day and it was nothing like I expected although I do have a killer headache!. If your teeth are crooked and they are conflicting with the braces then yes they will pull them!. If not, you dont have 2 worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pulling out of teeth by ortho depends on the type of crowding of your teeth!. some people need upto 4 extractions and some may be none depending entirely on case to case!.
