Answers:
1!.Rinse or gargle water!.
2!. Brush your teeth!. Brush all the surfaces of the teeth, except the contact or proximal areas (in between your teeth)!. Rinse with water!.
3!. Use floss in cleaning the contact or proximal areas!. The reason why brushing comes first before flossing is because you have to clean first the outside areas before the inner, otherwise you will be bringing some food debris or loose plaque inside your gums when you floss!. After flossing, rinse with water!.
4!. Apply tongue gel on your tongue then scrape it with your tongue scraper!.
5!.!. Gargle with mouth rinse!.
*Flossing should be done at least once a day!. If you're not flossing, brush first then gargle with mouthrinse!.
*FLossing or mouthrinse should not be a substitute for toothbrushing!. You can skip flossing or mouthrinse but not brushing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's best to floss first because the food particles in between your teeth that have been flossed are to be brushed away!. As far as mouth wash, it won't make a difference whether you use it before or after you brush!. but I would definitelyy floss first then bush or if for some reason you forgott to floss do it before you rinse to get rid of the food particles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
honestly, i dont think it really matters as long as you do it!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
