Answers:
IT's probaby be your cavity! If it doesn't hurt, then it may be filled!. BUT when it hurts, this means the decay is to the nerve and you may need a root canal or an extraction!.

Getting it filed early is cheaper and less invasive than not getting it treated!.

If you can see the hole in your tooth, it is already in the late stages of cavity formation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bad breath can also come from the lungs or the stomach and usually it's to do with what you've been eating!.
Also to clean the teeth better, use a water pik!.

you didn't mention that you floss!. Flossing is KEY to clean breath!. By not flossing, you are allowing germs to live in between your teeth!. Floss daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One of your fillings could be leaking!. Go see a dentist and don't delay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No doubt, it would be due to the decay!. The cavity in your tooth!.

Remember, decay is essentially a 'rotting' of the tooth!. No matter how small it may look on the surface! (please note that they are sometimes ALOT worse than they look!. I know, due to experience)!.
A rotten piece of fruit starts to produce an odor, so!.!. So would your tooth! Good to hear you're brushing ALOT, but you DEFINATLEY need to go see a dentist!.

Please, don't be fooled by the common 'it doesn't hurt, so it doesn't need to be seen to'!.

'black' decay isn't the first sign of decay!. Infact, 'white spots' on the teeth are the early stages of decay, and quite often the decay spreads through the tooth, BEFORE you see the decay on the surface!.

You certainly DO need to get it filled before it starts to hurt (if it does)!.

I was like you, and had a tooth that certainly looked decayed, but I didn't worry about it, because it never hurt!.

One day though, it decided to cause my mouth to swell up, the cheek!. There was no pain in the tooth or surrounding area, so I thought it was just a bite from something, and it'd go down!.

Second day, the swelling had gotten ALOT worse, and I was barley able to open my mouth at all, let alone try and eat/drink!. It still didn't hurt, and I convinced myself, that if i waited another day, it would go down!.

Third day the swelling had spread down to my neck, and was beginning to blow that up too!. I was at the bus stop on the way to uni, and someone that had been there the last two days, decided to come up to me, and warn me that it looked like an abscessed tooth, and she recommended I get it seen to immediatley!. She scared me enough, to book an appointment with the dentist immediatley!.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 9 years previous, because I had the biggest, most irrational fear of the dentist!. I couldn't even walk past one without getting freaked out!.

Anyhow, when I walked in- the dentist looked rather horrified (same dentist that i'd seen 9 years ago- same surgery- so he knew who I was because my sister and parents kept going all that time)!.
He couldn't take me in that afternoon, but booked me an emergency appointment the next morning at 6!.30am!!

He ordered me to go to the hospital straight away though, that afternoon, and have a series of dental xrays, and then gave me a script to start straight away- to get 500mg Amoxcyllin!. (Antibiotics)!.

When I finally got it seen to, the next morning- not only had I gotten a giant periapical (root) abscess, in my lower molar, but it was so advanced that the 'infection' had spread into my facial tissue, and down to my neck!.

Looking at the xrays, the dentist showed me that the abscess had started to eat away the bone in my lower jaw, and there was a section of my jaw missing!. All of this had happened without ANY pain!.

I told him this, and he said it was quite normal for some people to experience no pain, and for it to get very nasty, very fast because people choose to ignore such things!.

If i'd left it a day or so longer, he told me I would've been in hospital, on IV antibiotics possibly with Scepticimia (blood posioning) or Meningitis!. (inflamation of the lining of the brain) due to the infection and how far it had spread!.

I had that tooth extracted then and there, and the abscess drained and then the extraction site 'packed'!. I then had three other teeth extracted due to decay and beginning of infection!.

I'm telling you this, because I had NO idea that my tooth was that serious, because there'd been no pain!. I'm not saying by any means that you might have an abscess like that, or even an abscess at all, but I'm telling you how easy it is for it to become so much worse, without you knowing about it, till it's too late!.
DON"T EVer leave a tooth that looks decayed go!.

Please, just see a dentist!.

I tell you, THAT's how you make your breath smell better! Www@Answer-Health@Com
