I brushed the back of my mouth and I spit out a tiny bit of blood with saliva?!


Question: I brushed the back of my mouth and I spit out a tiny bit of blood with saliva!?
My throat felt like there was something sticky on it, so I took my toothbrush with some aloe vera toothpaste, and i brushed the back of my mouth!. I spit out blood a few times and vomited once!. After 15 minutes, I spit out normal saliva!. Is there any problem!? Should I run and panic!?
